These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ambientscore.com and the property audit and neighborhood check reports we provide ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ambientscore.com provides environmental and neighborhood reports for property addresses, including information on air quality, noise, traffic, and green areas. Reports are delivered as PDF files after a one-time payment.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
- You place an order by selecting a report package and completing payment through our payment provider.
- Prices are shown in the applicable currency before payment. You are responsible for any taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction.
- Payment is due at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, you can enter the property address and receive your report.
- Reports are based on available data and our analysis at the time of generation. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data (e.g. air quality, noise maps).
- Reports are for informational and due-diligence purposes only. They do not replace professional advice (e.g. legal, environmental, or real estate). You use the report at your own risk.
- You may use the report for personal or internal business use related to property evaluation. Redistribution or resale of reports is not permitted without our prior written consent.
- Due to the digital nature of the report, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and made available to you.
- If you believe there has been an error (e.g. failed payment but charge applied, report not delivered), contact us via our Contact page and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party data we use.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to send spam.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download content or data beyond normal use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
The Service, including the website, design, and our methodology, is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You may download and keep your report for your own use as permitted under these Terms.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit, data, or opportunity), or for any reliance on the content of a report when making property or business decisions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service and reports are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the report content is accurate or complete. You assume all risk in using the report for your decisions.
We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of the Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ambientscore.com is established (see Imprint). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
